Claude connector
Ask Claude which keywords deserve your Google Ads budget. It finds ideas, launches analyses once you approve, and brings back Bid, Test or Don't bid verdicts, without leaving the conversation.

What you can ask
Claude relies on the same analyses as the app: the same live Google results, the same scores, the same credit rules.
Your balance, your plan and today's launch cap.
Ideas grouped into branded, non-branded, generic and question; the ones already analyzed come separately, with their score. Free: no credits.
Claude first states the exact number of credits to reserve, then waits for your approval before launching.
Live progress: keywords done, in progress, credits charged.
Bid, Test or Don't bid verdicts, sorted by score, with their reasoning.
The detail of a keyword: search intent, sub-scores, advertisers seen on the Google results page.
Getting started
No key to copy: you sign in to your Should I Bid account from Claude, like with any other app.
In Claude: Customize › Connectors › Add custom connector, then paste the connector URL below.
Click "Connect": the Should I Bid page opens, you check the requested permissions, then click "Authorize".
In a conversation, ask for instance: "Suggest keywords for my flagship product". Claude handles the rest.
Connector URL : https://shouldibid.app/mcp
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http shouldibid https://shouldibid.app/mcp
Run this command in a terminal, then type /mcp in Claude Code, pick shouldibid and "Authenticate".
Custom connectors are available on every Claude plan (only one on the free plan). On Claude Team or Enterprise, an organization owner adds it.
Your guardrails
The app's rules apply to the letter, and you stay in control of every credit.
Before each analysis, Claude shows the number of credits to reserve and waits for your explicit approval.
At most 200 credits per 24 hours for launches from Claude, adjustable in Integrations (0 = no launches). One analysis at a time, 200 keywords at most.
1 credit = 1 keyword analyzed, charged after the analysis. For Vision ideas, only recommended keywords (score of 50 or more) are charged. Suggestions are free.
Only Claude's official apps are accepted. An email warns you of each new connection, and you cut access in one click in Integrations › Connected apps.
Claude never sees your password. Its access can't pay, delete your account or edit your company profiles.
Claude gets our verdicts and summaries, never the raw text of the analyzed web pages. Ad texts are flagged as external data.
Yes: the Claude connector is included in every paid Should I Bid plan, like the REST API. Analyses use your credits just like in the app; keyword suggestions use none.
Nothing extra: it's included. Only analyses use credits, with the same rule as in the app (1 credit = 1 keyword; for Vision, only recommended keywords).
No. Claude must first show you the quote and get your approval. Every launch carries a maximum amount, and the daily cap blocks any overrun.
claude.ai on the web, Claude Desktop, the mobile app, Cowork and Claude Code.
In Should I Bid: Integrations › Connected apps › Disconnect. Access stops immediately. You can also remove the connector in Claude's settings.
Only your credits, your company and product profiles, your analyses and their results. Never your password, your payment methods or the raw text of the analyzed pages.
No. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Should I Bid is an independent service, compatible with Claude through the MCP protocol.
